Mindplace Newcastle is seeking a dedicated receptionist/administrative assistant to manage front-desk duties and deliver outstanding customer service. You will greet patients, handle inquiries by phone and email, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy clinical setting at the Gateshead centre.
The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and prior reception/administrative experience. Flexibility to cover shifts, including some weekend days, is expected.

Permanent. Full time, 37.5 hours.
Hours will consist of a combination of weekday shifts 2pm-10pm and at least one shift over the weekend Sat 9am-5pm or Sun 11am-5pm with some flexibility to cover day shifts as required
