Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Junior Administrator in Greater London to provide essential office support and assist with supplier, bookings, and guest communications. You will learn rapidly, embrace AI tools thoughtfully, and contribute to daily operations across multiple admin streams.
You will gain exposure to apartment listings, contracts, and documentation while developing organisational skills and professional communication in a dynamic team environment.
We're looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team — someone with a sharp eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and the drive to learn new systems quickly. We’re also looking for someone who is open to embracing AI tools and using them thoughtfully to support the team, strengthen their own role, and improve efficiency.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and genuine progression. You'll be working closely with the team, getting exposure to everything from supplier management and finance processes to guest communications and event preparation — no two days will look the same.
Adding and updating apartment listings on our booking system (Beds)
Keeping supplier information current on Beds and our CRM
Preparing new supplier contracts and filing them digitally
Processing client bookings for the sales team
Chasing any outstanding contracts where needed
Requesting and chasing client guest and travel details
Accurately inputting guest information onto Beds
Sending arrival letters to clients
Keeping process documents up to date
Filing documents digitally on SharePoint and helping keep our filing system organised
Document support – generating various spreadsheets
Answering phone calls, booking business travel, keeping the office running smoothly (yes, including the plants!)
Stationery orders, laminating, shredding — the everyday admin tasks that keep things ticking
Operational support – creating apartment packs, key rings and supporting any general operational needs
Excellent attention to detail — you notice the things others miss
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to records and filing
Confident, professional communication, whether by phone, email or in person
A quick learner who's comfortable picking up new systems (Beds, Xero, CRM, SharePoint) — prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement
A proactive, flexible attitude, happy to follow up on tasks without being asked twice
This role is designed to grow. You'll get hands-on exposure across supply and client-facing work, building a broad skill set that opens doors as you develop.
If you're organised, reliable, and hungry to build a career in administration, we'd love to hear from you.
