Job summary

Amey in Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, is seeking a Permanent Administrator to join the Void/Billable Works Team. The role runs 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday, supporting data, systems, and subcontractor communications to deliver essential services.

You will maintain spreadsheets, raise approved works promptly, and contribute to a busy office environment while enabling responsive service delivery. Previous MS Excel/MS Teams familiarity is desired.

  • Familiarity with database applications.
  • Microsoft programmes such as Excel and MS Teams.
  • GCSE Level or equivalent, NVQ Level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure approved works are raised and issued to Subcontractors in a timely manner.
  • Undertake general administrative duties within the Void/Billable Works Team.
  • Distribute information internally to meet customer needs.
  • Receive and disseminate information to ensure delivery.
  • Maintain office systems in an orderly manner.
  • Assist with delivery of services as prescribed by team leader/management.

37.5 hours a week - Monday - Friday

What you will do:
  • Input and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems
  • Ensure approved works are raised and issued to Subcontractors in a timely manner in line with process
  • Undertake and provide general 'team' administrative duties as and when required to the wider Void / Billable Works Team.
  • Distribute and share information internally to ensure customer needs are met
  • Receive and disseminate information to other team members to ensure delivery
  • Maintain office systems in an orderly manner
  • Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team.
  • Assist with the delivery of services to the Stakeholder as prescribed by team leader/management
What you will bring:
