As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide a high-quality administrative service across the school, supporting staff, students and parents with a wide range of administrative and reception duties. Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, you will help ensure the school operates efficiently by maintaining records, producing reports and documents, supporting trips and events administration, managing correspondence, and assisting with student admissions and registration processes. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the school and trust, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining effective administrative systems.
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual with experience in an administrative or customer service environment. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems, and have the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. A flexible and proactive approach, combined with a commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, safeguarding and supporting the diverse needs of our school community, will be essential for success in this role.
