Administrative Project Manager / Sales

Location: Altrincham, Manchester Full-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours/Week | Mon–Fri (or flexible Sat shift) Attractive Salary – Based on Experience

Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional with experience in project management and sales within the kitchen, bathroom, or interiors industry? COD Kitchen Appliances is looking for an Administrative Project Manager / Sales to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Qualifying client enquiries and booking design surveys

· Managing surveyors and supporting the sales process

· Coordinating with installers to oversee kitchen and bathroom installations

· Keeping clients updated on project progress and swiftly resolving any issues

· Ordering materials and scheduling deliveries

· Managing project timelines from start to successful handover

· Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing after-sales support

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong background in customer service and project coordination

· A customer and sales-focused mindset and is confident closing deals

· Solid technical knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and bespoke furniture

· Confident using CAD software (CAD proficiency essential)

· Exceptional communication and organisational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and stay calm under pressure

· A solutions-focused mindset and a team player attitude
