Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Customer Service Assistant to support the Arborist Sales Representative and the crew at our Tockwith, York office. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

The position is office-based, 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary circa £28,000 dependent on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Arborist Sales Representative with respect to email management, diary management and correspondence
• Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers and building relationships with existing customers
• Liaising with customers at all levels
• Dealing with various financial procedures - taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
• Updating social media
• Office management duties
