Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Chelmsford, Essex, is seeking experienced Arborist Climbers/Tree Surgeons to prune and maintain trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties. You will join a friendly team near Chelmsford and contribute to high-quality arboriculture work.

The role requires knowledge of safety standards, plant health services, and a strong customer-service focus, with a commitment to delivering top workmanship. Regular training and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Understanding of plant health care services.
• Focus on providing a high level of Customer Service.
• Desire to produce the highest possible standard of work.
• Minimum of NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38 and CS39 (or equivalent) and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pruning and general maintenance of trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties.
• Work as part of Bartlett Tree Experts team at the Chelmsford area office.
