Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking experienced Arborist Climbers near St Albans, Hertfordshire. You will perform pruning and general tree and shrub maintenance for commercial and residential properties, under supervision as part of a local office team with strong support from the national company.

The role requires NPTC CS30/31/38/39 (or equivalent) and a full driving licence, with a focus on safety, quality work, and customer service. The office offers training, development, and team incentives.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety principles.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Understanding of plant health care services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pruning and general maintenance of trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties.
• Work to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Contribute to teamwork across office locations near St Albans.
