We’re looking for aContractor Compliance Coordinatorwho thrives on structure, takes pride in thorough documentation, and has a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

About the Role

In this vital role, you’ll support the onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring of our sub-contractors. You’ll ensure all contractor documentation is complete and up to date, coordinate the issue of contracts and ID cards, manage SharePoint records, and proactively flag any issues that might affect scheme compliance.

You’ll work closely with ourSupply Chain Managerto support national delivery targets across multiple grant funded schemes, including ECO4 and Warmer Homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and compliance checks for subcontractors / installers
• Maintain accurate records across our internal systems and SharePoint
• Monitor qualification and certification expiry dates, and coordinate timely renewals
• Act as a key point of contact for contractor documentation, queries and approvals
• Be a champion of Health & Safety and safe working practices

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is exceptionally organised and detail-focused
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can work independently and takes initiative
• Has experience with contractor compliance or document management (desirable)
• Has a working understanding of the retrofit industry, Gas Safe registration, or PAS compliance (a plus, not essential)
