Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Decontamination department at Jubilee Court in Glasgow. This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role offers a salary up to £25,518.43, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will perform admin duties, support decontamination of instrumentation and endoscopy, handle calls, coordinate loan of scopes between sites, and help prepare weekly reports and timesheets while completing mandatory training.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Post-GCSE qualifications are helpful: NVQ Level 2/3 in Business and Administration, BTEC or OCR Nationals in business-related subjects, Apprenticeships (e.g. Business Administrator Level 3).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative support to the Decontamination unit.
• Support decontamination processes for instrumentation and endoscopy.
• Answer customer calls and manage bookings for loaning flexible endoscopes.
• Coordinate deliveries and repairs; maintain supplies and timesheets.
• Produce weekly reports as directed by the Decontamination Manager.
