DSV is recruiting for an Operations Assistant in Belfast. This role involves dealing with invoicing directly with customers, hauliers, and internally, and resolving any queries they may have.

The successful candidate will report to the Transport Manager. The candidate must demonstrate excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel.

Key Tasks
  • Accurately processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for hauliers, internal teams, or customers queries.
  • Supporting the H&D team.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Daily invoicing for hauliers, internal teams, and customers.
  • Weekly monitoring of systems to ensure all invoicing has been captured.
  • Assisting with other office duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
  • The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Adaptability and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Creating a positive and productive atmosphere.
