Administrative Assistant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join a world-class city law firm for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal secretary looking to kickstart their career within a prestigious and highly regarded firm near Holborn.

Although the role is initially fixed term, there is significant potential to secure a permanent position within the team, as we are keen to retain those who make a strong impact.

This opportunity is perfect for an articulate, educated, and driven qualified legal secretary with a keen interest in gaining exposure to multiple areas of law.

Key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:

  1. Assisting the team with billing, faxing, scanning, printing, etc.
  2. Liaising with clients, handling client file opening, and conducting conflict checks.
  3. Performing admin duties for various practice groups.
  4. Diary and inbox management.
  5. Managing expenses.

Qualifications and skills required:

- CILEx qualification or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages

- Highly literate with excellent communication skills

- Strong customer service skills
