We are recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join an established luxury artificial floristry business based in Weybridge, Surrey.
This is an immediate-start, fixed-term maternity cover position until June 2027, paying £14.00-£15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered, with working days and hours arranged within the business's normal operating schedule.
This varied, hands-on administration role would suit someone with experience in office administration, data entry, purchasing administration or general business support who enjoys working with information, maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day activities of a busy business.
You will provide practical administrative support to the team, maintaining accurate records, processing purchase invoices, entering stock and inventory information, and assisting with product and supplier administration.
The business uses Shopify for its website, so experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an administrative position and does not include HR management or operational management responsibilities.
There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to move into a permanent role within the business or department after the maternity cover period, subject to suitability and business requirements. This is not guaranteed.
