Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
  • Compiling Data and Information for Land Registry Submissions
  • Checking Information is Precise and Correct Across all Documents.
  • Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Chase Third Parties For Outstanding Documents by Email
  • Update Various Portals
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Systems
  • Demonstrated clerical skills with a keen attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
