Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an administrative assistant to join the Healthy Together team supporting the 0-11 Service across Leicestershire and Rutland. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, based at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicestershire, with a 6-month probation period.

You will coordinate workload, book patient appointments, maintain electronic patient records, and provide responsive call handling within a friendly, diverse team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience booking patient appointments within required timeframes.
  • Competence in handling electronic patient records and standard procedures.

Job Overview

We have an opening for an administrative assistant within Leicestershire Partnership Trust working within a friendly and diverse Healthy Together team supporting the 0-11 Service across Leicestershire and Rutland. Working closely with a number of administrative teams, alongside Public Health Nurses, Healthy Child Programme practitioners and Clinical Team Leaders, the role is varied and enjoyable. We are seeking to recruit a full time permanent team member working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday based at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicestershire, LE3 8RF.

You will need to display excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach to work and be able to prioritise your own workload.
