Job Description
Administrative Assistant
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits
Summary:
Oaks Hospital is one of Essex's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services.
Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.
The role:
We currently have a excellent opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Oaks Hospital, based in Colchester. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.
