Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking an Apprenticeship & Qualifications Apprentice in Worcester to support the team with administrative tasks and learning activities. You will work closely with the L&OD team, gain hands-on experience, and study for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

You will manage the inbox, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate various activities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Good general level of education, or plan to progress English/Math level 4 or Level 2 functional skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
