Confidential in Perth, Scotland, is seeking an Administrator to train into Utilities and Energy. The role is hybrid with three days in the office, offering 28,000–34,000 GBP + bonus, 8am–4pm, and a structured 8-week training plan.

You will validate supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support data initiatives while developing expertise in utility data and invoicing analysis for commercial clients. Long-term growth prospects are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoice validation / invoice checking / accounts administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Energy sector experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Validate supplier invoices and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with clients to resolve invoice errors and queries.
• Support internal data initiatives and data warehousing projects as needed.
• Perth-based role with 3 days per week in the office.
• Working hours roughly 8am–4pm with some flexibility.
