Job summary

Datatech invites applications for a Data Science Consultant focusing on Energy & Utilities to solve real-world problems for critical national infrastructure. This permanent, fast-track interview role is based in London with a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of 3 days on site each week.

You will apply advanced analytics, machine learning and optimization methods to energy networks, utilities, and public sector clients, collaborating within agile cross-functional teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, OR, Physics).
• Strong coding in Python/SQL with hands-on analytics experience.
• Experience applying analytics, optimization, and ML to energy/utilities problems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End analytics lifecycle from problem framing to deployment.
• Apply analytics, OR models, and ML to energy/utilities challenges.
• Translate requirements for senior stakeholders and deliver data-driven insights.
• Collaborate in agile teams to build data products and solutions.
