What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a key liaison point between internal departments for directly contracted customers
• Overseeing Meter Read Requests - Ensure automated and manual requests are executed accurately and on time with appropriate escalation and follow-up where automated processes fail.
• Monitoring & Validating Data - Review outstanding requests, elevate issues, and validate meter read accuracy.
• Improving Data Quality - Assess and enhance VNA (Valid No Access) data to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Managing Urgent & Ad-hoc Requests - Prioritise time-sensitive customer requests with efficiency and precision.
• Driving Process Improvements - Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities to enhance data operations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong Technical Skills - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools. Experience in the energy sector is a plus!
• Attention to Detail - A keen eye for accuracy in reporting, data validation, and identifying anomalies.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to spot patterns, troubleshoot data issues, and improve processes.
