Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administration Team Leader (Band 4) to supervise the Gynaecology Oncology Service administrative team at Cheltenham General Hospital. The role focuses on data validation, workload planning and delivering high quality patient-centred administration.

You will lead recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development, ensuring SMART objectives and compliance with national guidelines while supporting the 2WW cancer pathways and other

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level or equivalent standard.
• RSA Level 3 or ability to demonstrate equivalent standard (Accurate and Proficient Audio Typing Skills)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and oversee administrative and secretarial processes for the clinical team.
• Line management of the administrative team, ensuring workload, recruitment, induction and development conversations.
• Ensure staff are trained, appraisals conducted and standard operating procedures followed.
• Support data validation and Monitor 2 week wait targets and clinic pathways.
