We have a vacancy within our Youth Justice Service and are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our service. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team or independently using your own initiative.
Duties include - meeting and greeting children, their carers and other professionals, dealing with telephone calls from children and families, internal colleagues and other professionals. You will make room bookings, undertake financial tasks, minute taking at various multi-agency meetings, record court results, and general administrative tasks to support our senior managers and practitioners and other professionals.
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as all tasks are required to be completed to a high standard.
Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you are fully aware of all aspects of data protection and confidentiality as you will be working in an environment dealing with extremely sensitive information on a daily basis including information relating to safeguarding and public protection.
Core office hours are 8.30 -17.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 -16.30 on a Friday. This post is part of the flexi time scheme.
