A key aspect of the role involves identifying and appropriately handling potentially vulnerable customers, ensuring actions align with client instructions. You will also need to understand different forms of insolvency and their implications on our operations, responding to related inquiries professionally and empathetically. Maintaining a high standard of service, even in challenging situations, is essential.

You will be resilient, empathetic, and professional in every customer interaction.

What’s in it for you:

As an Administration Officer you can expect a competitive basic salary from £23,810, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes a company pension plan and life assurance scheme, providing financial security for you and your family. You'll enjoy 28 days of paid annual leave, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The role offers an office and hybrid working pattern, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Additionally, daily refreshments, including a selection of fruit, are provided to keep you energized throughout the day. They are also committed to your professional growth, offering opportunities for future training and career development and above all.. a great working environment in a company who genuinely care!
