Hans Price Academy in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant Level 1 - Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the academy and support a thriving learning environment. You will manage front-of-house operations and assist a friendly administrative team.
The role runs 7.5 hours per week during term time (plus INSET days) with a contractual start on 2 November 2026, working Fridays 8am–4pm. A professional, confidential, and student-focused approach is essential.

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist with a warm, professional manner and a passion for supporting young people and their families. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service and supporting the wider administrative team.
Working 7.5 hours per week, term time only (plus inset days), you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, helping to create a positive and safe environment for all.
