Your new role

This role is to provide cover, based in the Dargan area of Belfast. In this role, you will work Mon–Thur 9-5 and Friday 8:30-4:30. Your responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks
  • Assisting with document preparation and correspondence

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
