Barcan and Kirby is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the New Build and Development team in Kingswood. You will provide essential administrative support for a legal team comprising lawyers, paralegals, and secretaries, handling filings, client communications, and AML checks.
The role requires strong organisation, experience in office administration, and proficiency with MS Office. It includes reception duties at times and a standard office schedule, with a closing date for applications.
We are looking to appoint a full-time Administration Assistant to our New Build and Development team in Kingswood. The role will provide administrative support to the team, which comprises two lawyers, four Paralegals, a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice and two Legal Secretaries. The majority of our work relates to new build purchases, and we are on the recommended panel for a number of local developers/agents. At times, the workload can be high, so you will need to be organised, motivated and able to respond quickly to the needs of the team.
In addition to this, you will be required to assist with other administrative tasks to support our busy team. This will include some reception cover during lunch and holiday cover.
