High Down Schools are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our busy school office. This 23-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday, term-time only with 5 inset days, and is paid pro rata within a salary band.
You will handle enquiries, maintain school records and databases, support admissions and attendance, and provide general office and financial support while working closely with school staff and central teams.

The role includes a wide range of administrative responsibilities including managing enquiries, maintaining school records and databases, supporting admissions and attendance processes, preparing communications for families and providing general office support. You will work closely with school staff and the Lighthouse Schools Partnership central teams to deliver high-quality administrative support across the school community. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
