A leading company in supported living is seeking a part-time administrative support role. This position involves managing payroll, handling inquiries, and assisting with staff recruitment. The role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and provides a chance to contribute to a meaningful cause.
Part-time position, 12 hours per week.
Night enhancement of £1.00 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday (excluding sleep-ins). Weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour applies from 8pm Friday to 7am Monday (excluding sleep-ins).
We offer supported living options for individuals with varying abilities to live independently, supporting those with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities in their own homes.
This is a busy role providing administrative and financial support, essential for the smooth operation of our services. Responsibilities include payroll administration, inputting timesheets, liaising with the Payroll team, managing paperwork for new starters, maintaining staff files, and customer plans.
