Job description

Part-time position, 12 hours per week.

Night enhancement of £1.00 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday (excluding sleep-ins). Weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour applies from 8pm Friday to 7am Monday (excluding sleep-ins).

We offer supported living options for individuals with varying abilities to live independently, supporting those with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities in their own homes.

About The Role

This is a busy role providing administrative and financial support, essential for the smooth operation of our services. Responsibilities include payroll administration, inputting timesheets, liaising with the Payroll team, managing paperwork for new starters, maintaining staff files, and customer plans.

Other Duties Include
  • Generating reports and providing data within deadlines.
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting during their visit.
  • Handling inquiries via phone and email.
  • Supporting staff recruitment and induction processes.
  • Managing incoming/outgoing post, processing goods orders, and handling invoices.
Requirements
  • Good general education with basic numeracy, reading, and writing skills in English.
  • Experience with administrative systems and procedures.
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work according to the service's needs.
