Responsibilities

  • Own administrative tasks with precision and positivity
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications like a pro

  • Jumping in with leasing, marketing, and resident events as a full team approach
Qualifications

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude—you're not afraid to take initiative
  • Familiarity with property management
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and accounting software. (Yardi preferred)
  • Experience in administration, or a similar role
Compensation

$23 hourly
