Job description

Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week)

Freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Basildon.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • General administration to support the daily running of the office
  • Printing and organising customer letters
  • Access and utilise contract specific Systems
  • Inputting and submitting timesheets
  • Spreadsheet and calendar management
  • Ordering and recording of tools, equipment and PPE
  • Raising and actively managing purchase orders and invoices

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role preferably within the engineering/utilities sector.
  • Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills, in particular a good understanding of the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
