NHS Fife is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable office administrator for a permanent, part-time position. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks in a high-pressure environment, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills. Full training will be provided, making it suitable even for those without prior experience in general practice.

We require an enthusiastic, professional and reliable person to join our busy office administration team. The position is for 22.5 hours (permanent contract) over 3 days Tuesday Thursday and Friday. You must project a positive and friendly image to both colleagues and patients. The role involves a wide range of administrative and IT duties and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You should demonstrate competence in the following areas:
· Ability to work in a high pressured environment
· Ability to use initiative and lateral thinking
· Mature and positive attitude to work.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask
· Being able to follow processes, procedure and respect confidentiality at all times.
Experience of working in general practice is not essential as full training will be given.
