We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join our administration team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large, successful primary school. This is a key role within the school office and the successful candidate will be responsible for day to day general administration including reception duties.
We are seeking an individual who has strong organisational skills together with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn various databases used by the school. Applications are invited from candidates who have experience within office administration who have proven ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative. We expect all staff to be willing to make a positive contribution to all aspects of school life.

The role is for 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus two staff development days. Hours of work are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday and Tuesday,
The successful candidate will be required to cover the school office sometimes at short notice until 4.30pm on their working days and be willing to provide cover in the event of absence on days they would not normally work.
