St Benet Biscop Catholic Academy in Bedlington is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our friendly administration team. You will provide general administrative support, manage calls and queries, maintain student records, and assist with day-to-day reception tasks.
We offer a competitive salary (£22,533), a Living Wage supplement to £13.45 per hour, 37 hours per week term time plus 10 days, plus extensive benefits and training within a supportive, Catholic education environment.

We are seeking to appoint a professional, efficient, customer-focused administrator to join our committed, experienced and friendly administration team. This is a key role which is integral to the smooth running of our school’s administrative support service.
As an administration assistant, you will provide general administrative support to the school. Your duties will include managing phone calls, emails and other enquiries; managing accurate student records, including data input and retrieval; producing documents, filing and photocopying. The role is varied and you will mainly work in student reception and main reception; welcoming all parents, pupils and visitors to our school in a professional and approachable manner and supporting students at student reception with their day-to-day queries and needs and assisting with first aid and general administrative tasks.
