Woodkirk Academy is seeking an Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of school administration. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, term-time plus five additional days, based at Woodkirk Academy.
You will handle telephone inquiries, maintain records, and use Microsoft Office to streamline office tasks, contributing to a positive, efficient school environment. DBS checks are required for successful candidates.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join us and provide administrative support to the school. You will be responsible for the smooth running of key aspects of school administration and ensure that systems and processes are in place to assist with this.

The postholder will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm, term time only plus 5 additional days. This post will be based at Woodkirk Academy.
