Based within Internally Provided Services, Adult Social Care, we are a team that provides administrative support to colleagues at all levels for various city wide care settings.
The role would cover a range of administration and leadership duties including administrative support to help run the various Provider Services Units across the city, dealing and resolving complex queries over the phone, via email or face to face, working with various Council ICT systems, inputting of data for reporting purposes, maintain computerised and manual filing systems, retrieving and analysing information as requested, and ensuring that information is kept up to date, handling monies, note-taking. Provide team management support including performance management, supervision and development of admin staff who are located city wide in each Provider Services Unit.
The post is for 35 hours worked over 5 days (Mondays to Fridays)
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
