NHS National Services Scotland invites applications for a Community Administration Team role. The successful candidate will provide clerical support within the NHS Highlands community services, demonstrating clear communication, reliable organisation and meticulous record-keeping.
You will work with IT systems, perform typing tasks and contribute to a courteous, efficient patient-facing service. Training on NHS TrakCare is available; informal inquiries are welcome.

You should have excellent communication skills as well as good organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail. C onfident in the use of IT systems and be able to demonstrate experience in administration. Typing skills will also be required. Experience in using the NHS Trakcare system would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
