A leading NHS Trust in Bristol is seeking a part-time administrative support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient case notes, managing communication among patients and staff, and assisting with office duties to enhance patient care. A foundation in English and maths is essential, with opportunities for further training and development within a supportive team environment.
Job summary
To ensure the patient notes are available where they are needed to support patient care.
The post holder will be responsible for retrieving case notes, and for collating, organising, and quality checking case notes in readiness for pre-operative assessments or surgery.
In addition, the post holder will be willing to assist with other administrative duties and liaise with clinicians around any note or referral queries.
