NHS Tayside is seeking an Admin Services Manager for General & Vascular Surgery. This role involves leading administrative teams, managing budgets, and improving patient care quality. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in operational management and fostering continuous improvement within the Care Group.

An opportunity has arisen for the post of Admin Services Manager for General & Vascular Surgery, following the promotion of the previous post holder.
You will play a vital part in the delivery of surgical care for the patients of Tayside. The Care Group is responsible for organising all unscheduled surgical care, as well as extensive outpatient care and elective operations. Through our administrative teams, we are continually seeking to improve the quality of patient experience, safe and rapid clinical communication, efficient use of clinical time, and the optimisation of technology. You will be at the heart of delivering vital services, playing a key role in the leadership of the Care Group and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
