Job summary

Catch22 is seeking an Administrator and Data Analyst for the Thames Valley area, supporting personal wellbeing services commissioned by HMPPS. The role combines admin duties, performance reporting, data analysis and trend evaluation to support contracts.

Based at The Old Music Hall in Oxford, it is a part-time post (19/38 hours per week) with a salary of £25,500 FTE (£12,750 pro rata). The post requires strong organisational skills, experience with Microsoft 365 and data handling, and

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 to present data and outcomes.
• Experience managing admin tasks to a high standard with good prioritisation and organisation.
• Ability to build good working relationships in a team and across partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team and contracts.
• Support performance reporting and data requests from Team Leaders and Senior Operations Manager.
• Create process maps and guidance documents; log processes in a database.
• Gather data and create reports on a timely basis (e.g. quarterly figures).
• Support monitoring of booking systems and handle invoicing queries.
