Job summary

Are you a proactive administrator looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference?

What is involved?

As a vital part of our SEND Business Services team, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Special Educational Needs Casework team. You will act as a key point of contact, collaborating closely with caseworkers, schools, parents, and healthcare professionals to deliver essential statutory services.

In this role, you will coordinate, gather, and share information for Education, Health, and Care (EHC) assessments and annual reviews, while keeping our SEND management database accurate and secure.

What will I need?

This is a busy, varied, and rewarding position that requires an organised professional who thrives under pressure. To succeed, you will need:

  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a ability for processing high volumes of data quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • An NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
