Warter CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their supportive team. The role involves providing clerical and administrative support, managing public interactions, and contributing to a positive school environment. We are looking for a committed and motivated Administrative Assistant to work part of the week in our extremely busy school office. You should be confident in liaising with members of the public and professional agencies, have experience working in similar roles, be able to prioritise and manage your own workload, and always display a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will be reliable and professional. They will be able to work confidently and competently, under pressure, and have experience of working effectively within a small team.
Duties includes reception, clerical and administrative support and liaising with parents and carers, visitors, and staff.
