Job description

Our client is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their Property Services team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data input of requisitions
  • Goods receipting
  • Liaising with staff, managers, stores, and suppliers
  • Electronic filing
  • Updating spreadsheets

Requirements and Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good self-management and task organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with people at all levels, including internal and external customers, suppliers, and managers
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet service needs

Working Arrangements: Full-time, office-based

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00
