Job description

Ossett Academy is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to support the Academy’s core administration services, ensuring the provision of an effective administration service across the Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support across the Academy.
  2. Communicate effectively with colleagues and pupils.
  3. Manage own workload and work effectively as part of a team.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Experience in an administrative role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Ability to adapt to new systems.
  4. Excellent organisational skills and flexibility.
Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break daily.
