Ivy Lane Primary School in Chippenham is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to provide efficient clerical support to the school office. This permanent, part-time role is 32.5 hours per week during term time (38 weeks per year), with hours 8.15am–12.45pm and 1.30pm–3.30pm.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, pupils, parents and external professionals.
Salary: D4-D6, £26,016-£26,847 FTE. Actual Salary: £19,152-£19,763 per annum.

Ivy Lane School is a two-form entry Primary School in the centre of Chippenham, Wiltshire and is part of the Pickwick Academy Trust. We are seeking a dedicated, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our school as an Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the school office, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Working closely with staff, pupils, parents and external professionals, the role requires excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive and able to manage a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
