Job summary

Lodge is hiring a Security Officer to guard staff, customers, and stock across retail locations. You will act as a visible deterrent and deliver high levels of professionalism and customer service while upholding Lodge standards.

Requirements include a valid SIA license, UK right to work with a 5-year history, and a smart, calm professional demeanor. Prior retail security experience is preferred, with flexible hours across the AdHoc team.

• This is a full-time position. As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team you will be expected to work upwards of 40 hours a week, you will be asked for your availability to make sure you can fulfil this.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
