Job summary

Lodge Service is hiring for a full-time Security Officer to protect staff, stock, and customers across retail sites in the UK. You will deter theft, work with store managers, and provide professional security and customer service in a dynamic, solution-led environment.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA license, have UK right to work with a 5-year history, and bring retail security experience. Expect flexible hours on an AdHoc schedule with pay ranging by client.

• Ability to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure.
• Retail security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time position. As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team you will be expected to work upwards of 40 hours a week, you will be asked for your availability to make sure you can fulfil this.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
