Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) in Cambridge is seeking an Adult ADHD Specialist Practitioner – Non-Medical Prescriber. Part-time (30 hours) to join the Adult ADHD clinic, delivering assessments, diagnosis and treatment for adults with ADHD.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or hold other relevant professional qualification and current registration.
• Independent and supplementary Non-medical prescriber.
• Management and or leadership qualification.
• UKAAN Course.

Responsibilities

• Undertake initial assessment, medication initiation, review and annual review.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence for patients, carers and staff.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide a high level of clinical expertise in ADHD assessment and care.
• Engage in clinical supervision and collaboration with the team.
• Utilise recent research to advance best practice and service delivery.
