Job summary

NHS Tayside is seeking a nursing professional to lead the ADHD pathway within the CMHT, delivering assessments and interventions for adults with neurodevelopmental conditions.

The post holder will work closely with Nursing Colleagues, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy and peers to ensure shared care plans, effective MDT collaboration and optimal outcomes for service users in Dundee and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be a first level UK NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse with valid registration.
• Experience with ADHD in Learning Disability or Adult services preferred.
• Ability to build cross-team relationships and effective collaboration.
• Strong communication and partnership with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADHD pathway assessments and nursing interventions.
• Provide advice to other clinicians within CMHT.
• Ensure cross-cover for leave and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with partner organisations to maximise impact for service users.
