Job summary

NHS Scotland is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a 12-month fixed-term position in Dundee to support ADHD and neurodevelopmental pathway redesign within the CMHT. The post focuses on assessment, initiation/titration of medication where indicated, and health monitoring within Shared Care agreements.

The successful candidate will work closely with Nursing, Pharmacy, Psychology and peer colleagues to maximise care impact and will require HCPC registration and a Diploma/Degree in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Conditions (within Learning Disability or Adult services).
• Experience with other neurodevelopmental conditions welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support ADHD assessment and related neurodevelopmental care in Dundee CMHT.
• Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, psychology and peers to deliver care.
• Provide advice to other clinicians within the ADHD pathway design and implementation.
• Lead or contribute to health monitoring within Shared Care agreements.
