Job summary

The Owl Centre is seeking a Medication Journey Coordinator to support ADHD medication services. In this full-time role, you will guide clients through referral, titration, and annual review processes, ensuring clear communication, coordination with clinicians, GP practices and pharmacies, and compliance with safeguarding and GDPR standards.

Initially based in the office four days a week during training, the position transitions to a hybrid model with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations or client coordination.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to build relationships.
• Organised, able to prioritise workload with attention to detail.
• Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ADHD medication pathways by moving clients through stages, allocating to clinicians, booking titration appointments, and tracking progress.
• Support shared care by working with GP practices, keeping docs up to date, and ensuring safe prescribing.
• Manage busy inboxes with timely, supportive responses to queries.
• Triage clinical or operational queries and pass urgent items to the right clinician.
• Handle private referrals by managing enquiries and booking appointments.
• Follow SOPs, GDPR, safeguarding to keep the service safe and compliant.
• Identify delays or risks in pathways and raise them early to keep care on track.
• Check clinical letters before release to support safe prescribing.
